Raul is a San Francisco native who knows the area like no other; born and raised in the Potrero Hill Mission area, his strong and invaluable knowledge of the city is part of the top tier service he offers. Raul joined the marines right after high school to work in transportation and logistics, from which he was later honorably discharged to then worked in the airline industry; based in Houston, Newark, New Jersey and SFO. His networking skills allowed him to connect with agents in areas including Palm Springs and Los Angeles.
As a big animal lover and previous long time dog owner, Raul is now a proud cat and plant dad, who also enjoys keeping fit by bouldering and weightlifting during his free time.

Life can become difficult as you age, particularly when retiring to a nursing home. Raul Isais went out of his way to assist with the research and movement of personal effects to our new home. He checked out the homes and made his recommendation, ensuring that the necessary furniture was moved to our new address.
The movers broke my recliner during the move, but Raul went above and beyond to find me a replacement. He also arranged for my husband to get a new bed. The process of refinishing floors, painting, and photographing was handled by Raul as well. The photos were posted online so everyone could see how beautiful our unit looked, which proved to be a valuable asset in helping to sell our home.
Negotiations began and progressed over time. The buyer was initially reluctant to meet our requested price, but through continued negotiation, Raul worked with us to reach a mutually agreed-upon final price.

When I first saw the listing for my current condo, I immediately called Vanguard the minute they opened. Raul answered the phone, and I told him about the property. We toured it that afternoon and put in an offer the next day, finally closing a little less than 30 days later.
